Ed and Charlene Friedman represent the epitome of real estate experience. Their combined longevity in the field exceeds an impressive 80 years! Both of them began their real estate careers in the Residential market. Coincidentally, both worked initially for the flagship State College firm, J. Alvin Hawbaker, although not during the same period. Ed obtained his Pennsylvania Real Estate license right out of high school, and Charlene obtained hers upon moving to the area in 1978.
Each has closed millions of dollars in real estate transactions, while Ed has personally bought, syndicated and sold a multitude of commercial properties. Both have earned the equivalent of the Ph.D. of Real Estate, the highly respected CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
